Review & Content Guidelines
Effective October 31, 2026
These guidelines apply to everyone: reviews, store responses, the store's side, dispute statements and uploaded files.
Do
- Write about your own experience with a real order.
- Describe what happened: dates, what was said, what arrived, what was offered.
- Say when something is your opinion or belief.
- Update your review if things change; earlier versions stay in the history.
Don't
- Post fake reviews, or review your own store or a competitor.
- Label people ("scammer", "fraud", "liar") instead of describing what happened.
- Include private information: home addresses, phone numbers, payment details, or other people's personal details.
- Threaten, harass, or post hateful or sexual content.
- Upload edited or misleading evidence, or files you don't have the right to share.
- Offer or accept anything in exchange for changing or removing a review.
- Accept an incentive for a review without clearly saying so in the review.
Facts, opinions and claims
Statements marked as documented facts must be backed by evidence. Allegations and opinions are shown as such. A complaint, refund request or chargeback is not by itself treated as misconduct.
What stores can do
Respond, add their side, or dispute a specific claim with evidence. A store may remove a review only if it's clearly false, fake, harassing or abusive, contains private information, or isn't about the order, and never just for being negative. The store must give a reason, and the reviewer can see it. If you think a store removed your review unfairly, email info@get2sides.com.
What 2Sides can do
Ask for an edit, hide specific words or private details, add a 2Sides note, or remove content that breaks these guidelines or the law. We remove reviews for breaking the rules, not for being negative. Repeated or serious violations can lead to suspension.
Reporting
Use the flag button on a review, or email info@get2sides.com with the subject "Report an issue".
